Ryann has spent his career working with Tier 1 contractors in the UK. His commitment and passion for the industry elevated him through the ranks and disciplines to, Preconstruction Director where he sits on the board here at Boom. 
 
Ryann is responsible for pre-construction activities from business development through to contract negotiation and everything in between. He uses his experience to influence and support all areas of the business while providing high level strategic direction as part of his role on the Board. 
 
Starting as a Management Trainee himself, Ryann is passionate to work with young people, to bring them into the industry and support them through their training and career development. He is passionate and committed to ensuring we deliver for our clients, through good relationships, being approachable, and ensuring we do what we promise to do.
