This scheme involved the refurbishment and remodelling of an office building to deliver 42, one and two bedroom high quality apartments in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. Our works involved a concrete frame construction for 3 storeys with an SFS 4th storey extension. We delivered a specialist aluminium cladding system to 4th floor entrance core.
 
A considered fire engineering solution ensured the highest levels of fire safety with special attention paid to cladding and the external insulation system. 
 
Completed in 2020, this design and build contract was handed over on time and within budget, to the highest possible standard.
